What do you like best about Sage CRM? Easily customizable. We use Sage CRM every day to manage customer communications and to track claims. It is integrated with our accounting system which allows some employees access to key financial information without giving them access to ALL financial information. What do you like best about Sage CRM? All of the job cost is easily trackable. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? It can be SLOW. Use your patience and Sage will be your friend. Recommendations to others considering Sage CRM: If you have patience, Sage an be very helpful. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We can track all of our costs from main jobs, sub jobs, SPW work, etc.

What do you like best about Sage CRM? I really enjoyed that Sage CRM helped us simplify our sales process. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? I didn't particularly appreciate that it was sometimes tricky to use on the user side. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to automate sales tasks to expedite pre-established processes.
