very solid, slick product with great controls to keep data in shape
What do you like best? We had been using another CRM for our hotel company in Sri Lanka for a couple of years and although we kept it fed with contacts, hardly made use of it - wasn’t very intuitive, didn’t have a decent mobile app to work with during tradeshows etc. Started tinkering around with Salesflare and quickly found that it was a very robust, extremely well-featured piece of software. Excellent Automation and integration mail CRM
What do you like best? adding contacts and account from emails. What do you dislike? nothing for the moment, as i have not been using all the features (which are growing..) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I wanted to add customer and have an outlook and forecast at a glance, see the opportunities and income, leads, lost reasons, and sync with the mobile phone

Simple and Useful
What do you like best? I enjoy the integration with my e-mail system and calendar and the synchronization of my contacts with Outlook. And also the fact that I don´t have to do much research to find useful information about my prospects. What do you dislike? A use Landingi to build my Landing Pages and the API connection supported with Sales Flare is quite limited, forcing me to use Zapier instead. Very user friendly CRM and follow up system
What do you like best? I like the multitasking possibilities all in one place. Ease of use, CRM, easy follow up, social media integration, affordable price and many more. What do you dislike? Out of all the CRM’s that I tested I chose Salesflare
What do you like best? I tested out about half a dozen before deciding on Salesflare. It just keeps getting better. Support responsiveness is through the roof. What do you dislike? Contact management sometimes requires a little bit of a workaround when the same company has two different people that utilize the same email. What do you like best? Many different ways to categorize your leads with custom fields, account tags, etc What do you dislike? The SaaS CRM we use
What do you like best? Salesflare works really nice. It connects seamlessly to the emails of the sales team and collects the relevant interactions with prospects and clients. This gives us a good view of the client's needs with little effort on the sales person side in updating everything into the CRM. What do you dislike?
