Salesfalre is simple and effective

What do you like best? The Inbox sync. It's flawless, it sync from day one and it's has many as you want. It's awesome. What do you dislike? Too much click sometime. I think the UX/UI could improve, but they listen to their users feedback and it's always improving. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales follow-up. You can easily track conversation and see where you left off. It's also easy to create task quickly

It's not always easy to understand which data is shared to whom in the team. Great CRM for small teams

What do you like best? It's easy, exciting to use and complete. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints about the product, but this survey is very strict. ;) Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it! It's good if you're a team of less than 10 people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The management of the whole sales team is kept up to date and flowing smoothly. It's really easy to operate too.

What do you like best? Easy setup - I actually ran to another office to show it off, just 5 minutes after downloading the trial. Love the way it reduces my sales admin overhead and lets me focus on my business. All the contact info and activity gathering is automated, I'm gently reminded of needed tasks as accounts and opportunities require, and no longer waste time looking for files and timely account info.
