WARNING: THEY DELETE YOUR LEADS

If you miss a single payment, they immediately delete all your leads. They don't just freeze it, they actually delete it and have no way or restoring it. It takes effort and time to build quality leads and yet prefer to blackmail you to continue paying or they delete immediately everything, no way to pause the service.

What do you like best? Salesmate works great for cold outreach. We can create automated email campaigns to send out to a list, so the whole process is automated. We can even see stats on who opened each email. What do you dislike? I don't have any cons regarding Salesmate at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cold outreach and partner management.

Very easy to work with and solved a lot of problems for our team and company.

What do you like best? I like that i can send mass texts to however many people i want. What do you dislike? I don't like that a lot of the texts fail when sent out. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great way to contact multiple people at once, Easy to navigate and easy to keep up with deals! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am getting more leads in from just sending a mass text to relators.

Salesmate - quite happy with it so far

What do you like best? The overall design and the full set of features are good. It is easy to use and understand. What do you dislike? Somehow, this is performing quite slowly on both my laptop and my phone. I also received multiple notice for a single email reception which is quite annoying when it pops up 4 times on top of the display. pain the ass I've had so many issues

pain the ass I've had so many issues. I hadn't used the account in a couple months they charged me and I contacted them instantly to ask for a refund they refused ... although they had just charged me moments earlier like minutes.. then proceeded to continue billing me.

Great product

What do you like best? The mobile app so very very easy to use for remote and mobile work. CRM’s, text and email automation is great on mobile and the computer. What do you dislike? Automated texting is kind of confusing. You have to enter a code before any automated text . That make it difficult. Gets it Done!

What do you like best? The ease of use, features for what I need it to do and the support when i'm stuck or need alittle help, their right there every time and quickly via Chat, love it! What do you like best? Easy to maintain customer info and navigate through it. What do you dislike? User interface could be better. Though its not a problem, more like a personal choice. Great entry price level CRM for SME

What do you like best? Clean UI, very competitive pricing, team inbox for mail, solid phone and text integration. I tested around 10-12 CRMs superficially before deciding for Salemate. It has by far the best price / performance ratio. Very powerful bulk email tool with flows.. in particular the flows have great potential for us that we just started to explore.
