Great well-rounded CRM for small businesses

What do you like best? Email integration with Google makes it easy to read and write emails from inside the CRM itself, and attach emails to relevant contacts and deals within the system (if it doesn't do it automatically first. Excellent product for the price

What do you like best? Fully featured with value pricing. Interface is easy to follow. What do you dislike? I really dislike there is only a one way connection from Google Contacts to Salesmate Contacts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a distribution company with a wide variety of products for a wide variety of customers. The CRM is flexible and allows me to get done what I need.
