What do you like best? The customer service from Rob Cobb and Carolyn V. What do you dislike? There was nothing I really disliked I would say I am on the West Coast so I had to pay attention to the time since some are on the east coast. What do you like best? I love the customization and all of the features for tracking. Great solution for multi-company employer

What do you like best? Sentric has the experience to ask all of the right questions to ensure nothing is missed during implementation and Sentric's customer service orientation is by far the best of any vendor or service provider ever. Each Sentric representative that I've worked with, whether during implementation, or simply to help me better understand something, has superior knowledge of their product and I feel like they personally know my company. What do you like best? Sentric is a great for reporting. Reports are easy to convert into Excel. What do you dislike? Not being able to create our own reports. What do you like best? The customer service is out of this world. They respond immediately and are very knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Through all the updates, we have found "bugs."
