What do you like best about Shortcut? easy to see where stories are in the lifecyles What do you dislike about Shortcut? It is often hard to find which iteration we are currently on. And wish there was better support for templates for creating stories What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? "Pragmatic tool for project management"

What do you like best about Shortcut? The feature that allows us to create custom workflows. It gives the team the proper customization that fits their development process. Ultimately, it boosts our productivity as a team to streamline the work. What do you dislike about Shortcut? UX for Safari browser is sometimes funny. What do you like best about Shortcut? I enjoy the easy-to-use interface the most. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I would like for improvements on the UX side of things, I find it annoying that if I accidentally click on space around a project, it reverts to the dashboard. "I love how shortcut allows to me to know exactly where i'm needed and what. my team is working on!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love how stories are able to be extremely concise and simple and also complex and have relationships and blockers. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish there was a better view to track my progress as an individual across the team. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? "I brought shortcut to my current company nearly 4 years ago and still like it."

What do you like best about Shortcut? The best part of shortcut is the intuitive UI and the easy way to have everyone collaborating in backlog management. I also like the integrations, e.g. with slack. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wouldn't say I like that it shows up closed epics or archived teams in the ticket dropdown; this is an easy point for failure. "Useful tool"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the template feature. This feature makes my job very easy as I have to submit many tickets for onboarding purposes. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish the labels were more straightforward. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? I submit shortcut tickets to request bugs be fixed in the product. I also use templates to request new members be added to internal systems.
