What do you like best about Spark Hire? This is a great forum and time saver. It allows you to get the first interviews without the hassle of scheduling interviews and expending time and effort. You can reach a large number of prospects quickly and easily. I have found my last three hires through Spark Hire. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? The system like any other technology can be a bit glitchy on some lower speed connections and doesn't save correctly What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to interview a wide swath of people from across the country that we wouldn't ordinarily be able to get to.

What do you like best about Spark Hire? We have been using Spark Hire for several years. It has helped us speed up our interview process and is essential to finding and hiring great people. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? Candidates are not always comfortable with a one-way recorded video interview.
