Spark hire is really helpful in shortening the time needed to screen each candidate and it helps us well by knowing the questions the managers would like to ask and adding them to the question library. What do you like best about Spark Hire? We started using Sparkhire after the Covid shut down and we LOVE it! Our clients and candidates love it as well. This has helped speed up the interview process. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? I would like more interview questions in the library. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Speeds up the interview process and accommodates our candidates out of town.

What do you like best about Spark Hire? The ability to replace technology for screening 1st round candidate applicants. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? I honestly have nothing negative to say about this product. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? It replaces 10 supervisor/administrator staff having to take a full day for 1st round interviews, but they can still share comments before moving to 2nd round.
