Good integrations, but needs improvement

What do you like best? It's stable and fast. It never gets hacked. What do you dislike? Not enough turnkey features. Stripe didn't get the memo about low-code. Recommendations to others considering the product: You will have to use 5 plugins to get the functionality the Stripe should offer natively. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SaaS billing. The money flows.

Used in the aftermath of a shutdown

What do you like best? I really loved the ease of searching our customer orders and refunding them What do you dislike? There really weren't any issues that I found with the software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to refund orders in real time when a customer requested it (most of what we used stripe for at the end of the time with Coin)

Great Improvement

What do you like best? Compared to the last payment processor we used Stipe was a great improvement. I love the fact that I can issue refunds with ease and resend customer receipts. What do you dislike? I would like a way to remove an email or opt-out of email receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have customers who ask for a full payment history with Stripe it's so much easier to generate this history.

Stripe - User friendly

What do you like best? I enjoy that there are multiple ways to search an order (i.e. amount, card info, email). It makes it easy to search since customers never all of the info they used to place the order. What do you dislike? It seems that the date search is just a bit confusing to search. Ease of use

What do you like best? This service is incredibly easy to set up and makes receiving payments so efficient. It is also very cost effective. What do you dislike? There is often a one week wait between Stripe receiving payment from our clients and them passing the payment on to us. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it. Stripe is great for payments.

What do you like best? We use Stripe Billing for our Individual Billing clients. It makes it very easy for parents and school to pay off their balances while protecting themselves and us against any transaction issues. What do you dislike? Beautiful experience, and a boatload of features

What do you like best? As someone who has multiple ecommerce businesses with varying business models, Stripe is always the easiest payment gateway to integrate. The API allows for so many different applications to interface with it, and their support has always been prompt and helpful. What do you dislike? Nothing else compares - Stripe meets your needs

What do you like best? Stripe has one of the products in the business, and that's not just billing. Their dashboard is very easy for anyone to use, they have quite possibly the best API documentations for any software, and they have great documentation for handling many different use cases.
