Simple to get started, flexible enough to grow

What do you like best? Very easy to get a new team going and then introduce new views to see new metrics to improve. What do you dislike? Nothing that isn't on the roadmap. However creating some of the boards will not let you drill all the way down from project to tasks. Some of the calculations may not seem consistent across the views. Hard to get a clear view of the work contributing to the burn down in a chart Recommendations to others considering the product There are some ...

Pros and Cons of TP

What do you like best? I like the timelines and the views available in Tp to analyse the data. The way I could choose and share my view is amazing. What do you dislike? I don't like the filter options. They are very difficult to apply and understand What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using Tp to log the bugs, and the stories which need to developed.

Great but not perfect.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is easy to keep track of tasks, they have good support, and that it is very flexible. What do you dislike? I dislike that every time you drag a card that the columns readjust and you end up dropping the card into a column or row that you weren't intending to. That there is a steep learning curve to setting up different views. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Target process helps ...

A valuable asset to a team work environment

What do you like best? I like the ticket card window the best, as it allows me to view all my work as a whole so I can manage time appropriately. Additionally I like that you can move the tickets to various states since that helps to keep track of where you are in the projects final goal. What do you dislike? I dislike that the tickets don't show a due date from the ticket window page. It would also be nice if they had an indicator that a new comment had been posted. That would make ...

Targetprocess is an affordable and reasonably functional tool

What do you like best? I like how easy and intuitive the swim lane GUI is. It's easy to teach new hires, and does not over complicate simple tasks. The ability for the admin to mandate a certain flow is also helpful, to keep the processes and procedures in place. What do you dislike? As a QA Lead, I think the testing and defect entering process could be streamlined a bit, or just made easier to handle. There are a few points where the GUI is not great (the bullet point menu for ...

Review

What do you like best? The flexibility with most of the platform to define your own process and workflows. I really like the ability to tie into the API easily and create my own custom services that provides messaging and reporting to our team. What do you dislike? The main thing I dont like at this point is that at the task level you can only estimate by hours and not points. This is a real thorn in the side for doing agile and getting accurate burn down velocity for our team. As ...

TargetProcess review

What do you like best? TargetProcess is a pretty good tool which lets you do plenty of customizations. It also has a lot of APIs which we can use to integrate with some of the other in house tools we use. It is also good in the sense that we can quickly search for a UserStory or bug across teams or projects. What do you dislike? One thing which i dislike about TargetProcess is the UX. The UI feels modern, but some of the feature are not as intuitive as expected. There is a learning ...

Great quality product that is continently updated and very flexible.

What do you like best? The flexibility of the system. Its great to be able to throw any workflow at it and see many different views to find the information you are looking for. What do you dislike? The helpdesk area (requests needs some work. I wish there was the ability to have private comments on requests, and just an overall better way to interact with our clients without them having to login. Recommendations to others considering the product If you need a very flexible workflow, ...

Targetprocess makes ticketing easy as a support person and gives me an overview of sprints

What do you like best? I use Targetprocess on a daily basis as a support person for a software company. I like the fact that we have created custom templates and are able to differentiate between different level requests. Targetprocess gives us an entire overview of everything that is going on and what tickets need to be handled or followed up with. As a support person I am quickly filter out a particular client or request by using tags. What do you dislike? As a support person it can ...

Target Process is a great tool for managing my work items and keeping track of my time

What do you like best? I like the user interface because it is complex yet intuitive. Boasting a large set of features that eventually come in handy, while making them easy to find when you need them. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of really. Its design was well thought out through and through. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At work we work on a Hospitality software and CRM. With several teams (Dev, QA, ...
