What do you like best about Teamwork.com? For pretty much anything I want to organize or schedule in my workflow, Teamwork has a functionality for that. Plus it has a very active development team that is always researching, absorbing feedback, and adding new and improved features and fixes. Can't get basic billing right. Avoid.

Recently renewed our subscription on monthly pricing, but was billed annual. Refusing to refund given the error, and - more worrying - not aware of what caused it. Won't be trusting them with our data if they can't get the basics right. Avoid.

What do you like best about Teamwork.com? It does allow me to communicate with our team and I can tag people to notify them. Maybe if you only use one part of the system it would be good.
