Good GUI, Good features
What do you like best? The Test Runs & Result feature give clear idea about how we are doing. Also, the milestones are very useful. The best things is integration with JIRA which helps us a lot for bug tracking with respect to any particular test case. Also, the integration with Confluence helps us prepare a complete document which describes the whole functionality with test cases etc. I use test rail to keep track of the release. What do you dislike? It will be better if they can ...

Testrail is great for managing test cases
What do you like best? Test plan. This helps in combining multiple test suites as part of test run. What do you dislike? Automated reporting of test rail is much to be desired. Ideally we should be able to get a much better picture with automated test case reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking the health of release. We focus on all areas automated runs, manual testing including new feature, regression and system test.

Test Rail is helps a lot to manage multiple projects & test cases
What do you like best? 1. Test Execution is very easy, we can share and validate each others test cases. 2. I can manage multiple Test Projects. 3. Uploading lots of test cases is easy now. 4. I can go and check any test. 5. We can see the no. of Passed/Failed/Untested test cases as a dash board and we can easy convert it to the Charts , Its helps a lot to share the status. 6. We can attach the defect IDs to the failed test cases. What do you dislike? Sometimes , moving ...

Great product!
What do you like best? TestRail has been an amazing help to our team. We are able to manage, track and coordinate all of our projects in one tool. What do you dislike? I would say that the only thing we dislike about TestRail is the fact that JIRA lags a lot for us so sometimes it can make cohesion hard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has helped keep our entire team (QA, devs and Project Managers) all on one page.

Great test case management tool with efficiency built in
What do you like best? I evaluated numerous test management tools and we landed on Test Rail. I like how customizable it is, I am the admin for over 22 teams using our Test Rail instance. Every team is able to customize their project to meet their exact needs and get what they want out of the tool. The reports are great. Being able to run UI scripts to modify your instance is awesome. We have used it as a driver to help bring in more modern testing practices and it has been great ...

Really helps enforce proper testing practices
What do you like best? Documentation and traceability of tests. What do you dislike? UI is pretty outdated and boring to look at Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a clear testing strategy before going into the tool. The tool is meant to support the strategy, not the other way around. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Testrail really enforces good testing practices like regression testing and property ...

A useful tool for testing
What do you like best? The aspect of TestRail that I like best is that it is very configurable. Users can really create and use milestones, test suites, test plans, test runs, configurations, sections, and test cases as they see fit. The outcome varies considerably from company to company, and sometimes, from team to team. Other upsides include its tips and Help site, its UI, and in my experience, its overall user experience (buttons and actions make sense based on their locations or ...

Fast, Flexible and east to learn.
What do you like best? Ability to quicklly spin up a test exection enviroment when working with inexpereinced testers, but with the power to be able to track, validate and show results to all key stakeloders. What do you dislike? Reporting could be more intuitive. Be good to be able to have non-editable access to non-testers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start using it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
