Friendly UI

What do you like best? Test Rail is friendly UI and UX. Using it every day. Thanks. What do you dislike? Not integrated to all of popular CICD systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just discover a TestRail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Use it for manual testing. And like a scripts for automation.

Testrail adds visibility to the testing

What do you like best? I like Milestones and Test runs the most. When a regression testing is needed, it's easy to create a milestone and associate it with your test plan or test run. You can create the test plan as per the feature, platform or any other functionality The integration of Testrail with Jira provides visibility to the project owners, product owners, and other stakeholders What do you dislike? The sections and subsections on the right-hand side of the test cases tabs ...

Test Case Management simplified

What do you like best? The API for automated tests, allows posting of results as part of test runs. What do you dislike? Inability to directly copy test cases between projects. You can export and re-import but not copy across. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! Fair price and does everything we need without any fluff! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management and visibility of project ...

Excellent task management

What do you like best? The fact that I can create and manage testcases as required, in different folders and organize them. What do you dislike? The new updates prevent full display of testcases and details. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adding runs for every milestone. A clear view on the current status.

Manage your test suite efficiently !

What do you like best? It's very easy to relaunch a test campaign and to choose different test with a lot of different parameters. What do you dislike? It is impossible to have a sub test category in order to not rewrite all steps each time I want to create another test What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Archive problem and an easy way to make reports

Used TestRail for managing test cases and integrating with our automation framework

What do you like best? Ability to create test cases and manage them from UI and integrating with automation framework What do you dislike? Ability to calculate Test Coverage. Was not able to get the coverage information I wanted Recommendations to others considering the product: For managing test cases, it is pretty good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nothing really. Just entering test cases and tracking test status.

Easy and efficient

What do you like best? It allows us to organize and get an extensive documentation of our test plan and test cases. We can easily add test cases as we discover new issues. What do you dislike? It's amazing wish it has more integration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of documentation and making sure we test every part of ourp app. Since then we've seen a decline in issues post-release.

It’s very good for our QA test team but one thing....

What do you like best? I’m happy like we can set up our test plan whatever way you want it. Testrail coverslip lot of area, daily testing, regression hotfix, automation, etc. we designed our test suit! What do you dislike? We have automation running 365/24/7. Our test case numbers jump a lot every time we closed a test run. It’s very hard to creat new test case with crazy long test case number. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes I usually talk about how we ...

Loved it and still loving it!

What do you like best? One Place for testing - (many libraries, all tests, results over time, tagged to tickets over time). Just having this system is proof of due diligence and often overlooked effort on Developers + QA staff. Everyone tests! ALL of the Time! What do you dislike? I cannot see JIRA Cases from Test Rails (but I can see Test Rails from JIRA) so i have what i need now, but as always I want to see everything, everywhere, all the time. What problems are you solving ...
