TestRail BestRail!

What do you like best? The easy to use reporting system. It allows for easy EOD and EOW meetings and status updates to upper management. Also having the ability to set up select test runs provides for a more micro-testing aspect of our complex system. Its absolutely phenomenal. What do you dislike? What do you like best? A clean and simple user interface. It allows you to create a focal point for a Quality assurance / Testing factory team. It allows complete automation of the entire testing process from design to actual test. The reports and statistical data are really useful for understanding the progress of the various sessions, what there is to improve, the time taken. Great Test Management Tool

What do you like best? I love the robustness of the tool. It allows for granular reporting, seemingly limitless customisations and intuitive UI! What do you dislike? There's 1 annoying bug when you're editing a test case that's been added to a Test Run, then upon saving your updates, you're removed from the Test Run and left-back in the Suite in which the Test Case is situated. Awesome testrail

What do you like best? How easily one can create test plans, milestones and manage test cases. What do you dislike? All the tests cases folders should show. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool every team should use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were using zapher before but after moving to test rail everything so easy to do, reporting is great.

Very effective for what I need

What do you like best? I like that I can simply export all of my test cases. What do you dislike? Sometimes organizing the test folders and cases gets a bit hectic. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not that I can think of! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One benefit is when working across teams in the same area other people can add to your test cases and view the ones you created.
