TUNE Affiliate Marketing Platform has awful Customer Support

It's 12:49PM on a Monday and my client and I are locked out of TUNE. We can't even change our password and TUNE support hasn't fixed the issue in the past 4 hours. They don't accept our support calls and chat isn't online at 12:49PM EST. TUNE support only takes calls on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Since they were bought by Constellation Software, support has been degraded significantly.

What do you like best about TUNE? Tune tracking tool is very efficient, you can customise your reports to have the best vision of your performances. You can track directly your clicks and easily use pixels provided to track your conversions. You can add as many landing pages (URL) as you want, you can create as many partners as you want and you have a perfect overview of each partner results. The tool is powerful and very fast. What do you like best? Its easy to use. Simple to create offers and ad links What do you dislike? Lately the new 'features' are a bit non-core. I think the key of an affiliate program should be provide the right assets to the affiliates and not much 'noise' What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Is easy to track the performance of all our products and also to collab with other partners in an open way.

"Powerful Platform for managing Ambassadors"

What do you like best? The depth and broad capabilities of the platform in managing ambassadors. Also how much information is provided to our partners for tracking their conversions and payouts. Seems like there isn't anything TUNE cannot do. What do you dislike? The platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like. I've had to provide a lot of support and custom video resources to our large team of ambassadors in order for them to be able to navigate their dashboard effectively. Recommendations to ...

"Helpful to daily ops"

What do you like best? I like the new implementation of the bar charts. It shows when we're losing/gaining right away. What do you dislike? I don't like not being able to hit the back button.
