What do you like best about uContact? una de las ventajas es la informacion que obtengo de los asesores, puedo realizar un mayor seguimiento de sus tareas (cantidad de llamados, horarios, etc.), programar los reportes automaticamente.

What do you like best about uContact? Lo que me gusta es que se puede encontrar rápidamente el número a llamar del cliente, ya que se pone en verde automáticamente una vez que es contactado. También que se pueda ver la ultima fecha de los pagos realizados.
