UltiPro is used by my organization for Payroll, Benefits, and HR.

What do you like best? I like that there is always some that can assist me with questions. I use the People at Ultimate to sanity check me quite a lot. What do you dislike? I find that Ultimate Time Management is challenging. I'm looking forward to exploring Kronos advantages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Multi-state taxes are manageable with Payment Services

Overall, great system. Looking forward to upcoming Continuous Performance solution.

What do you like best? We are only using the basics, but for those basics, it's easy to use and the support team is responsive. What do you dislike? Access for different levels is complicated. Ultipro is very intuitive but doesnt have all of the features necessary for our business w/o customs

What do you like best? UltiPro support is one of the best things about UltiPro. Everyone I've had to contact was very knowledgeable and accommodating. UltiPro's user interface is designed well. It is very easy to navigate through the different pages, and I feel like you're never more than a few clicks away from getting things done. Ultipro is worth the cost

What do you like best? Ultipro is very easy to use. The system has amazing capabilities. I love that the system is a unified solution. The systems all speak to each other so that efficiencies can be created and redundancies are eliminated. What do you dislike? At this time the limited BI reporting for the recruiting module. UltiPro has been a great solution for our Payroll needs.

What do you like best? UltiPro has been quick to resolve issues What do you dislike? Payment Services is a mess, but we have seen changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UltiPro has really improved process built around the Human Resources department. We have been able to reduce the time it took run payroll with our old HRIS company.

I am very impressed with Ultimate Software!

What do you like best? I love BI reporting! I am just scratching the surface with it, but knowing how intuitive it is with creating custom reports, alerts, dashboards, etc. This has been extremely helpful with streamlining processes. I also love the electronic HR files capability and how we can sort by section. This has been so helpful especially with audits. Great integrated functionality across all HR functions

What do you like best? I really like the user interface, both for employees and administrators. It's easy to navigate and work with. Having all data across the employee life cycle in one place is a big plus, as well as being able to integrate with other systems (for example, benefit vendors). It's helped enable a lot of process efficiencies for our organization, eliminating many paper processes by way of technology. What do you like best? East of use and UltiPro is always looking at what will help the customers for future releases. This is very much appreciated from a customer who has been with Ultimate since 2008. Our core support is great and very responsive. Also having the payroll chat and phone numbers to call in case of a payroll emergency is really helpful and appreciated. What do you dislike?
