What do you like best? Ultimate truly cares for their customers, realizes how the customer wants their money worth and strives to deliver. Payroll functionality is great & Ultimate has really empowered the user thru the years. Love that we are 100% processing in the cloud! Good product, great community

What do you like best? The customer service is phenomenal when we have a problem. They work with a ticketing system and most of the time, responses are very quick. I also like the Community. All Ultimate users are welcome to join the communities, which are open forum discussions. Valuable tips and answers can be received from other Ultimate users. Good Company...needs a few bugs fixed

What do you like best? Business Intellegiance. The report are great and I hope to learn more at Connections. What do you dislike? Several bugs need to be worked out. Lots of functionality, but not the best support

What do you like best? There are so many features available within UltiPro that you can use to advance your HRM strategy without needing significant additional capital investment. Continuously Learning, Improving, and being Impressed

What do you like best? One of my favorite aspects of UltiPro is that I am continuously learning new features that the software has to offer. Often times I find myself brainstorming capabilities or features that would be nice to have and I come to find that Ultimate does in fact have that feature.
