What do you like best? Customer support ! UltiPro has some wonderful customer support. The reps are great! The response time is generally pretty great too. I generally will get a response within 24 hours which is awesome. I love the rapid response team as well. Easy way to get questions answered in a timely manner. What do you dislike? Love it so much that I want to work for them!

What do you like best? I love the reporting tool, IBM Cognos Analytics! Since it was created by a third party, there is a ton of learning resources available on the web. I also enjoy the Platform Configuration tool - it allows you to customize the site to your liking. I added several new fields to employee pages, and they were easy to report on as well. My Review of UltiPro

What do you like best? They are always up to date on compliance for all states. The system is easy to use and navigate and also has a nice look to it. Updates are done quarterly allowing the system to keep up with demands. Our new executive service rep has been a breath of fresh air compared to our past one. Some things about Ultipro are Great!

What do you like best? I like how easy to use some aspects of the system are. Its easy to search employees, filter out specific employees based on qualifiers, and modify only certain parts of an employee record (job vs job and salary). I launched and used ultipro recruiting and onboarding at my last organization and really loved the robustness of those functions. Overall, a great product with a few deficiencies.

What do you like best? I'm in absolute awe of Perception, UltiPro's survey tool. The insights and information we've gleaned from one survey has proven invaluable and I'm excited to see where those results take us as an organization. What do you dislike?
