Using Ultimate for 1 year.

What do you like best? Visual aspect of Core and the fact that taxes are in house. What do you dislike? Support levels. Have had things configured in our system that were not requested while updating other information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PTO calculations happening in UTA vs. Core. Benefit - PTO imports or adj appear immediately for use in timesheets.

What do you like best? They are continually adding improvements and have support available for assistance. What do you dislike? Work arounds, and support doesn't provide extensive assistance, only basic for reporting assistance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? System, reporting, and configuration areas.

What do you like best? The systems is very user friendly both on the HR admin plus the end-user population is able to adopt incredibly quick. What do you dislike? Albeit self inflicted, moving a company with poor data records is a painful organizing path during implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timekeeping. Beyond the obvious benefit of legal compliance, the tool is simple to adopt and use.

What do you like best? I like that own the product. I can make most changes myself at any hour of the day without having to consult with a team member from UltiPro. It gives you the ability to create and move fields as desired, making it a truly customized experience. The reporting tool is extremely powerful. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. What do you like best? The overall layout and easy access to anything on Ultipro. Most recently the text message feature that is available to reach employees fast and easy. What do you dislike?
