What do you like best? The overall abilities to use any and all modules and fulfill the needs of the company. Easy to use

What do you like best? The one touch sign in is extremely useful for on the go punching. What do you dislike? It freezes sometimes and needs to be restarted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easy to keep track of pay stubs and time stamps on the app so when I need verification for anything I can go to the app, use the one touch log in and pull up every pay stub to date.

What do you like best? The configurability and ease of use of the portal. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I truly dislike about the system, but if I have to pick something, the UltiPro Time and Time Off and Allowances portal still needs some work. Great customer service and great core/payroll features; disappointed with recruiting and onboarding

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to process payroll. What do you dislike? Limited features in onboarding and recruiting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to streamline our HR processes significantly and have been able to tie payroll records into our GL seamlessly. We are also able to keep track of all our employee data in one place which is hugely beneficial.

Ultipro Power

What do you like best? One of the best parts of Ultipro is Business Intelligence. You can create and configure reports in so many ways. Being able to analyze data is critical to a successful business and Ultipro has it all. I've used multiple HRIS packages and this one is by far the best. What do you dislike?
