What do you like best? UltiPro is easy to use, administer and manage. One stop for Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time Management and reporting that combines data from all areas. Only one version of platform so when talk to other users or for support, it's not a matter of asking which version is someone on to know if we have the same thing. What do you dislike? Nothing - we did try to implement performance but it is a little cumbersome for our purposes. What do you like best? I use Ultipro now for 5 years and find it all very life easier and intuitive. It is quick to use and convenient to track and locate what you are searching for, from running reports to making improvements to employee tax setups. Efficiency works in the chaotic environment of accounting making it faster and this is what their program offers.
