What do you like best? Unito makes Trello a powerhouse for us. Our product teams use it every day to sync boards across product verticals and departments. Without Unito, we wouldn't be able to easily view work in flight or understand our product deliverable. What do you like best? Customer service is timely and top notch What do you dislike? Editing existing syncs needs a bit of work on Unito side to work perfectly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing existing syncs is a current issue. Not all tickets are syncing as expected when editing an existing sync and adding additional sprints to sync.

Sorcery for your Trello World

What do you like best? Phenomenal automation builder tool that's super intuitive. Like a combination of Salesforce Flow Builder and Outreach's API mapping tools. Unito does what it does very well

What do you like best? Once we got the initial sync structure set up it has been working quietly and reliably without requiring ongoing attention. It does it's job. Whenever I needed help in the initial working out of how to get it to do what I hoped it would do, the Unito support team has been quick to respond and work with me to arrive at resolution. Saves us a lot of time!

What do you like best? Unito is intuitive and easy to set up. It saves us so much time when we have projects being tracked across multiple systems. Easy setup

What do you like best? Fast and easy to setup. It was great to be able to control which way various fields mapped and to control what mapped where. What do you dislike? I did have to be shown where to find how to map various different user accounts together. Easy enough to do but would have been great to have had this pointed out as a first step. Great for my Jira/Trello sync

What do you like best? Setting up the integrations between Jira and Trello boards was really intuitive and only took me a couple of minutes. I also like that I can force a sync if I need to. What do you dislike? Not everything could be synced easily. A good example for now, which I'm very mych looking forward to is integrating of Jira users and Trello users. Unito is a service that works without you knowing

What do you like best? The best is that I can setups the syncs and it just works from then on. I do not have to wonder if information will get lost or if things will fall through the cracks. I can go in and update the syncs to get it just right and then forget about it. What do you dislike? The setting up is not always straight forward and some settings are buried inside other menus. What do you like best? The best is the system of synching that u can do with unito, I very love this system.
