"Fantastic Feedback Software"

What do you like best about Userback? Very easy to use and easy to submit feedback. Overall layout of the admin area is clean and easy to use. Honestly it makes getting feedback from my clients a lot easier. They like it and so do I. This is probably one of my best investments I've made. What do you dislike about Userback? "Amazing for any SaaS or a Software Development Company"

What do you like best about Userback? I love the software and the major selling point for us was that it natively integrated with Teamwork ( This is our project management tool which we use for 50+ employees ) The support is always amazing and had always had a positive reply. "Makes client feedback a breeze"

What do you like best about Userback? ease of use for the client to give feedback What do you dislike about Userback? Having to login via userback's website instead of a branded URL / login form What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Client feedback for new websites builds or so a new client can go through their current site to let me know what they do or do not like about their current site.

"Userback saves a ton of time"

What do you like best about Userback? I like the editing tools. Very easy to understand for a client What do you dislike about Userback? No extensions for Safari. I do not use other browsers. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? I can go through the corrections step by step. This is the key.

What do you like best about Userback? The javascript is not hard on the site load speed, and it's pretty amazing for client to agency communications, regarding website changes. It's basically a visual ticketing system, which makes communication and collaboration a lot simpler between clients and internal design teams.
