With several options to choose from, you get a non-intrusive button or a blurb on your client sites to collect feedback and make quick progress on updates and changes. "Fantastic Feedback Software"

What do you like best about Userback? Very easy to use and easy to submit feedback. Overall layout of the admin area is clean and easy to use. Honestly it makes getting feedback from my clients a lot easier. They like it and so do I. This is probably one of my best investments I've made. What do you dislike about Userback? "Hasstle free and efficient tool to collect feedback from clients and beta testers"

What do you like best about Userback? The fact that I don't have to schedule multiple review meetings, go back and fort emails of emails and text just make sure I understand what the feed is before investing hours on changes that could be hit or miss. "Really solid and always improving"

What do you like best about Userback? I love that they are continually improving. It's a really solid and easy system to use What do you dislike about Userback? Having to configure the setting for each new project, but that's kind of unavoidable What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? A replacement fro TrackDuck which got absorbed by Invision.

"Easy to use but still very sophisticated feedback tool for websites"

What do you like best about Userback? The simple UI which is self explanatory to untrained users and the many possibilities to give different kinds of feedback quickly. Also the backend system for receiving and processing feedback, including the notification system is absolutely amazing. What do you dislike about Userback? What do you like best about Userback? When working with clients it's vital to have a clean UX and simple interaction. With Userback every new project evolves quickly and in a timely manner. What do you like best about Userback? This is an easy to use online tool to gather feedback from multiple users. My team focuses on UX Design and most prototyping tools have a way to gather feedback from reviewers, however userback allows us to upload any images, screenshots or PDFs and get feedback.
