"Great tool for developers seeking feedback"

What do you like best about Userback? The tool is easy to use. The great integration with 3th party apps(wordpress, github,...) is supurb! Must have tool! What do you dislike about Userback? Nothing really... the tool is just great! Recommendations to others considering Userback: Just try it and you’ll love it! What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great and versatile feedback product"

What do you like best about Userback? The more it progress, the more features they add... At the beginning, it was only for web sites and was not always that evident to use for clients... Now, they have added support to comment on images and PDFs (and more is coming). Also, they have improved their user interface so it's easier (and they provide a tutorial video if that is not enough). "Really solid and always improving"

What do you like best about Userback? I love that they are continually improving. It's a really solid and easy system to use What do you dislike about Userback? Having to configure the setting for each new project, but that's kind of unavoidable What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? A replacement fro TrackDuck which got absorbed by Invision.

"Great alternative to endless email communication"

What do you like best about Userback? Being able to give my customer a way to give me visual feedback instead of endless textblocks explaining where exactly a change is needed What do you dislike about Userback? Would be nice to allow the user to resize the box they created What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot less emails from customers and faster/more efficient feedback

What do you like best about Userback? I love how simple the interface is and how easy it is to integrate with other platforms. What do you dislike about Userback? I wish the integrated PM system would be a little simpler to use. Its hard to work through the designs. I want each comment to be its own issue. Other times I want to add sub comments. "Our favorite tool"

What do you like best about Userback? Userback makes the hardest part of a web development project easy. Our clients love the way they can practically draw on the screen, highlighting whatever they're not comfortable with. However, the best feature is that all these remarks go directly into our PM tool, which is a huge plus for devs and PMs as well. All in all, Userback is a rock solid tool in our arsenal. What do you like best about Userback? It's easy to use with a lot of personalization tool. What do you dislike about Userback? Nothing in particular. The tools is great. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Thanks to userback the communication process with costumers is easier and i cut development time.

"Awesome feedback tool even my senior citizen clients can use!"

What do you like best about Userback? The ease of use for my clients makes it easy for me to use the feedback they sent me when I am delivering a new website or product What do you dislike about Userback? To be honest. Not much. The are really responsive to feedback also. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Normally you get serveral mails from clients, their employees, family members in 10s of emails. Now we have one system for all the feedback, that's it.

What do you like best about Userback? The screen capture & notation features are robust. It's very easy to collect feedback, respond, complete requests and close tickets.
