What do you like best about Userback? I like that I can collect user feedback for pretty much anything, but especially for WordPress. "Simple, Automated awesomeness."

What do you like best about Userback? The ability to integrate with tools we use to capture and make actionable all feedback requests. What do you dislike about Userback? Not a lot - very, very close to perfect app. Recommendations to others considering Userback: A near-perfect app with a strong, thoughtful delivery against their roadmap. These guys do it right. "Absolut best and easiest to use feedback tool"

What do you like best about Userback? Userback is around quite a bit and it added new features regularly, so you get a constantly evolving system. What I like best is the easy to setup and customize feedback-widget for my homepage. It can be used for different pages with differen use cases (e.g. general feedback or dedicated GUI Feedback etc.). What do you like best about Userback? Such an awesome way to visually collect feedback for websites & designs. What do you dislike about Userback? There isn't much I dislike as they've changed the things i didn't already. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily collecting screenshot feedback on visual designs on websites and apps.

What do you like best about Userback? This removes a lot of friction with my clients, and their reviews of the products built. It collects a lot of information that is sometimes necessary, such as the users IP, OS, browser type, etc, without them having to even think about these details. What do you dislike about Userback? "Awesome! This tool saves you and your clients money."

What do you like best about Userback? Great, nice Support with fast answers! Very easy Jira/Slack integration with very easy configuration steps. What do you dislike about Userback? Nothing so far. It does exactly what we use it for. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for client feedback on early development stages, to feed the jira tickets. Just had a conversation with a client who allready loves it as well.

"Great tool at a reasonable price"

What do you like best about Userback? We moved to Userback from another tool (Usersnap) that we used for a few years. Userback is less expensive, has a better ui/ux, has better features, and more than anything actually responds to customer requests. They’ve added features upon request (very quickly) and have been very pleasant (the complete opposite of our previous tool).
