What do you like best about Userback? Great product, very intuitive, and gets the job done! What do you dislike about Userback? I haven't identified a downside to using the product. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped keep our QA efforts and new feature requests organized and streamlined.

What do you like best about Userback? Easy to integrate into your platform. Simple widgets and customizable. What do you dislike about Userback? No canvas recording currently with session recording. "Great way to asynchronously get user feedback"
What do you like best about Userback? It is really easy to set the Userback widget on your product, customize how it looks, and link it with whatever other tool you like. It is also extremely straightforwad from the end user's perspective - even non tech-savvy users take advantage of it to report issues or make suggestions for our platform. "Userback is an incredible tool for collecting feedback and easy to integrate into your applications."
What do you like best about Userback? Userback is intuitive, and integrating it into applications is quick and simple, meaning less development complications before collecting feedback. What do you dislike about Userback? Nothing, maybe some more feedback options could be included, but no feedback to provide currently. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping solve small issues with the UI and UX on the applications as well as larger ones such as functionality.

Two things: #1 So easy to install and configure on our WordPress sites. #2 It's so easy to view and work through the feedback items list and set/filter feedback item status. What do you like best about Userback? Built in screenshots is very helpful, and the ability to annotate What do you dislike about Userback? Screenshots can appear squished/distorted if the brwoser window is too narrow What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving having to deal with messy Asana boards and conflicting tasks/errors on different platforms

"An effective, with a few tough edges."
What do you like best about Userback? Userback is incredibly easy to integrate into existing sites, and offers a wide selection of tools such as the ability for a user to capture either a screenshot or screen recording of their screen, right out of the box. What do you dislike about Userback?
