"Very easy to integrate, great set of 'out of the box' features"

What do you like best about Userback? - Session Replay, Console Logs are built in ! Jira integration is also very nice. What do you dislike about Userback? - Targeting users is a bit clunky (it requires me to give them a custom query parameter). Perhaps have a way to target users by login credentials ? "Super easy user feedback collection"

What do you like best about Userback? Took us 10 minutes to install. Very simple and intuitive. Super easy UI for users. Cost effective. What do you dislike about Userback? Would love to be able to position the widget in more locations on the screen. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Collecting bug info from users.

"Great tool to get customer feedback for new site build."

What do you like best about Userback? This is a super easy way for customers to give you their feedback on a new website you have just built for them. If for some reason the site looks funky on their side but looks fine on yours at least you can now see the problem quickly. What do you dislike about Userback? What do you like best about Userback? I like how Userback streamlines the feedback workflow with my clients. What do you dislike about Userback? I wish there was an easy install plugin for Joomla like there is for WordPress. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? "Better than Project Huddle"

What do you like best about Userback? Custom branding features are coming up. It's one of the bigger reasons why I didn't use it like I wanted...that and the inability to scroll while adding comments. What do you dislike about Userback? When UB first came out, it was limited on features like branding and being able to SCROLL while adding comments. I need to revisit again because I still get UB emails, and I know a lot of my grievances were remedied with updates. Recommendations to others ...

"Great Time Saver"

What do you like best about Userback? It saves us so much time reviewing websites with clients. No more of those emails with "you know top left(ish) area when it slides..."
