What do you like best about Userback? Easy and intuitive setup and usage. Useful and usable even for non IT firm users. What do you dislike about Userback? "Simple to gather feedback + bugs for projects!"

What do you like best about Userback? It offers a simple + easy way for clients to provide feedback for projects visually using screenshots with notes + other indicators (like arrows + circles). What do you dislike about Userback? I wish the option to automatically resolve feedback (in the monday.com integration) was enabled by default.
