Most Procative Support and Roboust, configurable Platform
What do you like best? Our company is in contact center space and we Love to use VTiger for our clients. They perhaps have the best support team to help out even for simple issues. I remember that when we were implementing it for one of our clients, we need a lot of handholding in configuring the system, and the support team did it in a breeze. It was wonderful to see that. What do you like best? Easy scheduled meetings when needed. Friendly CRM system and well organized activities. What do you dislike? At the first sight the interface seemed not user friendly, but after the remote training it came out easy. What do you like best? Vtiger always help me to get my data very easily & even vtiger 360 is always help me keep my data upto date even with help of mobile. Easy to get started with and has more features than you could shake a stick at
What do you like best? I actually like that it is simple to get started, i know there are a load of features that we don't use to their full extent but for a small business to be able to hit the ground running on day one is a big thing. Found all needed things for management reporting in one application.
What do you like best? It is easy to use. It helps to keep on updating whole team about thing performed by individual.
