Using vTiger everyday

What do you like best? Layout and ease of use. The updates can sometimes change the layout but it's easy to relearn where everything is. Being able to search and look up ticket numbers makes things way easier for our support team's needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes updates occur changing what I'm used to seeing. VTiger for use with multiple product support

What do you like best? Ticket creation and management is streamlined and organized. Customization is robust. We use VTiger to manage 4/5 separate platforms to great effect. Some of the clients cross over into other platforms and it is easy to note. We enjoy Vtiger. What do you dislike? My main problem is with the follow up part of tickets and the actual ticketing board. What do you like best? The Best thing about Vtiger CRM is that you can customize it as per the requirement. There is rarely any downtime or maintenance issue. And the response time of the service team is also very good. There is particularly one feature I would like to add is about the Kanban View, this feature has helped us alot. What do you like best? The best functionality in my opinion is the transparency throughout the system. Any module used, as example Projects, Cases or Sales relates back to an Organisation/Customer with an easy to use form. Very functional and user friendly

What do you like best? It's an intuitive tool, and the help center is great. Endless options to what you can do with or add to the features. What do you dislike? Fair amount of documentation but more would be great. Client Service and chat are very quick and reliable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to get a better view of our efforts and follow-up. The CRM helps with specific reporting too.

Good System, but may need a few upgrads

What do you like best? I like how easily I can add accounts and leads to the system. What do you dislike? I do not like that there is not an option to switch an account back to a lead if they become inactive. Instead you have to delete them as an account and make a whole new lead profile for them. What do you like best? I love that it is web based and it's very fast and user friendly. I didn't need that much training on it to get familiar with it, What do you dislike?
