Vtiger Review
What do you like best? Easy to use, Calendar sync is nice and one click to search all the data What do you dislike? The auto logout is a little pain as i have to very time login to the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been using Vtiger in my organisation for almost a year,Vtiger is user friendly.
What do you like best? It's easy to acess and its a good product What do you dislike? The global search in vtiger I the one i dont like, Recommendations to others considering the product: Its a good product. What problems are you solving with the product? Bang for the buck
What do you like best? vTiger is highly configurable and is a great value for the money. What do you dislike? There are integrations which are lacking for things such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Zoom meetings. It would be nice to be able to import lists for prospecting and create a flow from marketing through sales to account management without things being as carefully siloed. What do you like best? The good organization and capabilities, basiccally I can make a good organization on everything related to my customers, and have a good tracking on them. You can customize the fields that you need, adding new fields, and configuring them to be able to be shown in the report that you can make later in the reporting section. What do you like best? The versatility/customizability of Vtiger as a CRM solution. What do you dislike? It could be more user friendly. I recognize this is challenging given the depth, versatility and complexity of the product.
