Not in a rush to fix a bug

WooCommerce order barcodes has a bug, which they acknowledge, but they have no interest in fixing it any time soon or indicating when they might. Terrible customer service for a premium plugin.

I am very disappointed by the lack of technical support at Woocommerce.com. The alleged "technical support people" are completely useless, in terms of providing constructive solutions to technical issues in a reasonable timeframe. When you tell them they are no good, they merely ban you from the chat function to resolve technical issues! WAKE UP WOOCOMMERCE.COM, YOUR PERFORMANCE IS APPALLING!

What do you like best? It is a new platform for us. The Webpage Layout is very versatile. There are so many helpful plugins to get you going right out of the gate. The User interface is pretty intuitive. nice layout. It feels very in tune with newer apps and what i need as a user. What do you dislike? The basic reporting is pretty standard.
