"VERSATILE AND EFFECTIVE"
What do you like best about Workamajig? Workamajig has an intuitive user interface, and the integration of financials (i.e., estimates, POs, expense tracking) is terrific. I'm a new user, but all signs are positive. And the support is truly wonderful--responsive and very, very helpful; in particular, the support and guidance of Jennifer Broadwater!

What do you like best about Workamajig? When faced with an issue, Workamajig will work on it until the issue is resolved. There was a specific issue with a 3rd-party and Workamajig was working behind the scenes on this until it was resolved, and I wasn't even aware they were working on it. I came in the next morning to an email that said to try logging in again and it was fixed! They did not give up!

"Workamajig, while not perfect, is a good tool that our agency and employees reply on."
What do you like best about Workamajig? Workamajig works well. We understand it is designed to accommodate a variety of clientele, but for a small agency, having everything in one place has served us well. Sales, Project Management, Timer Functions (our producers love this feature), Billing and Accounting, it is the entire life cycle of a project.

What do you like best about Workamajig? It's a fairly easy system to learn. Workamajig also offers support both online and through email. They answer your questions quickly and send you easy-to-follow instructions.

What do you like best about Workamajig? Not much honestly, it has been a very unintuitive experience and aside from the fact that it is a legacy tool, I'd avoid it. What do you dislike about Workamajig?
