It helped us in measuring productivity and business strategies. Also, the dashboards give deep insights and help us optimize work. What do you like best about Workfront? Workfront Proof allows me to easily go in and edit copy. It's programmed for common markups like "insert," "replace," and "Delete," you can highlight text to make a comment on, outline images, and use arrows to indicate if you want to move something. It's easy to understand what edits need to be made and multiple reviewers can be added at any point in the proofing process. We use Workfront in our non-profit organization

PROS: I appreciate that Workfront has improved project flow and communication, and offers a high level of visibility into projects across our non-profit organization. CONS: Different units in our organizations use different instances of Workfront which do not communicate with each other. We would gain a lot if they could. To be fair, we know the vendor is working to facilitate this.
