Less than responsive.

What do you like best? I like the idea of it but not the practice. What do you dislike? It needs an integrated calendar and billing system. The interface is less than user friendly. It is easy to get lost among the various control panels slowing down productivity. Pretty good, but could be better

What do you like best? I love the main line, which shows all current projects and next steps. Even you can control which part of the project is paused until it is finished, so you can have a better view of the project's progress from the main screen. What do you dislike? An Okay Proofing Program

What do you like best? It's nice to collate comments on a tagged file, although that's certainly not unique to Workfront. The ability to "resolve" comments and check them off is helpful for circling back and making sure that all comments have been addressed before proceeding, and the automated email reminders to clients are helpful for nudging them to approve/comment. Very useful, but expensive

What do you like best? Very few bugs and worked as advertised. I liked how their is a mobile app for team members that use it while traveling. Very convenient and our team can remain efficient wherever they are What do you dislike? I used it when it was ProofHQ and they phased that out and implemented a new proofing software that was quite a bit more expensive.
