it is the best for me
What do you like best? It is web based and cover all issues about business. most if not all of us like in this customer management system. Basically it is free and this makes it the best tool in terms of competition. It has a very good display and is a web. Free, but not great interface or easy to use.

The Best I have Seen In Terms of User Experience...But A word of Caution
What do you like best? The user experience is by far the best I have seen. All panels are logical in organization and the color scheme is easy on people with older eyes or color impairment in their vision as opposed to the absolutely horrid theme on Suite CRM. Organizing my business contacts
What do you like best? The flexibility and customization that allows me to mold the CRM around my business. Setting up the CRM ws not difficult and I was able to use it on a shared hosting account which is great so that staff can use it anywhere and anytime. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that YetiForce CRM gives you all the necessary features of a paid CRM for FREE! What do you dislike? The user interface is complicated, and the type is hard to read on the screen, especially in the set up area.
