Zenefits does a lot for less

Zenefits has been crucial as we've scaled our organization from around 12 employees to nearly 50. The platform is easy to use both as an administrator and employee, and the tech support is excellent. It's a great HRIS, and it's even better when you consider the cost.

Affordable and Successful!

We used Gusto for our business when we had 80 employees. After covid, we were lucky to even have the ability to reopen even at a smaller capacity, so we needed a more affordable provider who could give us at least the same great product. Zenefits was offering a very kind package to businesses who were suffering due to covid when we were looking to start up again. It was perfect timing. Helped my HR workload!

Great tool for new or established businesses. It made payroll and PTO management turnkey! It is not the best scheduling tool, but it does have a scheduling feature (but that was not sure important to us). I also brought my own insurance broker into Zenefits, which is the best of both worlds!

What do you like best about Zenefits? The ease of using and the technical support when I needed it What do you dislike about Zenefits? Sometimes I can't refind what I need easily. "Smooth Transition and Intuitive Interface"

What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits is easy to use, and the transition from other payroll systems was smooth. The app is intuitive and it incorporates all of the benefits + payroll that my small nonprofit needs. What do you dislike about Zenefits? The one downside is the automated customer support. I wish it had a quicker response time. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining payroll and timesheet management, along with onboarding new employees.

Zenefits is a terrific payroll and HR option for smaller businesses We have been a customer for 6 years and are consistently pleased with the services provided by Zenefits. They also are reasonably priced, which makes it even better. We have grown from 18 to 41 employees during this time period without a hiccup. Zenefits continues to be the best choice for our business.

Great people management platform!

I love using the Zenefits app because it's so easy to use! It makes recording time, requesting time off, and managing employee personnel files very straightforward. The only recommendation for improvement that I have is to update the Zenefits Time & Attendance app. It may simply be a personal preference, but I definitely enjoyed using the old Time & Attendance user experience more.
