Smooth transition and intuitive interface

Transitioning away from a larger payroll company, Zenefits made the transition smooth and very personalized to the needs of my small nonprofit. Their interface is intuitive and their support is fairly responsive!

We love Zenefits Payroll!

We love Zenefits! They make running payroll so fast and easy and they have a beautiful user interface. We originally thought we'd use them just for payroll, but their time and attendance and performance tracking have also been great tools for us as a small business

Really grateful how user friendly it is…

I took this over from someone in our company, and I had no idea what I was doing. Over the few years I have gotten so much help and assistance. Reports I have needed for other things were so easy to generate. It has been it easy for someone will little to no experience be able to do what is needed to keep things going in our company!

Zenefits does a lot for less

Zenefits has been crucial as we've scaled our organization from around 12 employees to nearly 50. The platform is easy to use both as an administrator and employee, and the tech support is excellent. It's a great HRIS, and it's even better when you consider the cost.

Big Fans of Zenefits

We have been a Zenefits customer for over 7 years now. When we started using Zenefits in 2014, we leveraged Zenefits as our primary HRIS system to send offer letters, onboard new employees, track time off, select benefits, and integrate with our payroll provider, QuickBooks Online Payroll. Perfect solution for organizing my team

PROS: With Zenefits I can easily manage information about my employess, adjust salaries, approve time off and other things. I like that it’s streamline solution that in the past was little cumbersome but now it’s well improved. It is simple and intuitive solution and I didn’t have trouble in figuring things out. Transparency and organizing abilities

PROS: With Zenefits we can make our on-boarding process easy for us and new employees. I like that everything is streamlined and in one place. I’m really happy that there is platform that provides this kind of support. We can easily pick up new plan and get everyone signed up. CONS: We have to send docs to payroll provides because we cannot run the payroll through the system.
