What do you like best about Zoho One? A lot of different apps can be added to the Zoho One software. They are package based but I like their CRM app the most. Multiple sandbox accounts can be created for different UAT environments along with the Dev Sandbox availability.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is an easy to use CRM allowing for multiple roles for users. There is possibility of using pipeline, automation, reports and telephony integrations. It is quite easy to set up compared to other CRMs.
